Vitality BMI — Common Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions

  • No — Vitality uses the same WHO/NHS-standard BMI formula (weight in kilograms divided by height in metres squared) and the same healthy-weight range (BMI 18.5–24.9). The Vitality BMI check is usually part of their member Health Review and feeds into their Active Rewards points system. Our calculator gives the same numerical result, free and without a policy.
